It is time for everyone to realize that they are energy and understand how that relates. Producing energy is what we do as lightworkers, we produce the light. Light is energy and we are to be that same energy. Understanding the energy that you are, creates your every reality. All realties are created from energy. There is thought energy, feeling energy, cosmic energy, sexual energy, spiritual energy, plant energy, mineral energy, and so on. The Aura we emit, is the energy field that surrounds our body. It contains all of our light bodies. If we do not understand, use and care for these energy bodies they deteriorate. These energy bodies are our life giving forces while we are in the physical vehicle known as our body. Our body is simply an overcoat dressing we wear to house the spirit self.

Too often, we relate to the outside world as our reality. Doing so only puts stress upon the body. Yes the bills have to paid, but if you are not living to enjoy paying them, then you are damaging yourself.

There are many forces currently working to sublimate and control the thinking of humankind. We have been and are fed lies and deceit as reality for so long it seems to be reality. I feel that we are in great danger of losing the battle to control our own thinking and perception. Without meditation I feel we can get easily lost and persuaded to believe the lies we are being told.

If we are looking to governments to help us out we might as well be praying to the underworld as it seems that power and greed will always lead the way. As the students of life and light that we are we must find our own way to enlightenment and some semblance of inner peace to survive in any type of comfort.

I believe we are currently at war with hidden forces whose agenda it is to keep people in place by keeping them struggling to survive. This is a stratosphere we need to break out of and the only means I know of is meditation. If you do not try you will not learn, and if you do not learn the struggle will just go on.

I know all the excuses for having no time to meditate, or I’ve tried and can’t get there, or I have a family and they won’t let me. You can learn to meditate in your bathroom if need be. Study and learn about meditation it can literally save your life.

To all Star beings and Earthlings,

We understand the horrors your planet and its current governments are bringing about currently and the lasting effects it is having on the souls now living in terror and fear. We are saddened by the effects of such things upon the planet and species. We are here to help in whatever capacity we are able. We understand and hear your prayers of intercession and do not ever dismiss them.

We are limited through the Universal laws to intercede in a manner so many of you desire but also want you to understand that there are currently many star seeds among you working diligently and closely with us, “The Ashtar Command”, as well as other Galactic Brothers and Sisters to assist you and planet Earth. Many of you may be not familiar with the many conclaves now being held upon your planet we ask you to please search out and discover myself, Ashtar and the many brothers and sisters of Light you are seeking.

The conclaves of which we speak is a meeting of people, many are star seeds and those of like mind, seeking to remember who they are and from whence they came.  We, the Ashtar command and other Galactic Sisters and Brothers are always in attendance at each conclave; conclaves are meetings that are much like a group workshop on soul information.

We work closely with the Universal Brotherhood, Ascended Masters and Archangels to help all who are searching to remember soul and its purpose. This is of great importance to all seekers of light, as soul memory is the tool through which all life transcends and ascends its physical and emotional limitations in each physical lifetime.

When Mother Earth last raised her consciousness between 1986 and 1999 it was assumed more beings on your planet would follow her lead. It was a wondrous time indeed and things were flowing strongly in the direction of spiritual evolution. Since that time there have also been several planetary alignments that have allowed a variety of stargates to open allowing other beings from many planetary systems to re-enter and affect you planetary space as well as affect many beings living there. This has and is happening due to the fact that your planet was colonized long ago by as many as seven particular Star systems.

Know also, that many of you are Earthlings, created and evolved by and through Earth; God, Goddess, All That Is, also often spoken of as the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Due to the many dogmatic teachings handed down through generations in time, there has been great confusion in trying to discover one’s own individual Divine origins. For this we apologize and simply ask that you look deeper into your soul to find the true History of Divinity.

Though many of us are ascended beings, many interplanetary beings returning to and currently participating in Earths affairs are not. You see even though much of your planet was seeded by other starlings they are not all ascended nor do they care for such things. Power over others is all they seek to have and use. This has been a long standing battle even between planets and their governments for truth and righteousness for a millennium.

Many peoples of Earth assume that all interplanetary beings are more intelligent than they are and because of this are easily deceived. Just as all spirits are not good or evolved so it is galactically as well. Much discernment is needed when traveling the Galactic lines of Brotherhood, just as it is traveling the Astral Planes of existence, where all these things converge.

We have chosen this channel today to bring forth this message as she has travelled the Astral plane extensively and has discovered the many pitfalls one can run into and too often when assuming that all they come upon to be teachers of Light. Just as all spirits are not of light so it is with Galactic beings and Brotherhoods..

All teachers and beings of light represent love and light in every way. If the beings you encounter are not such beings they can and will lie to you and using your own paranoia, seeking to destroy all and any real information regarding truth.

I bring this message forth today as it is important you find the proper teachings and training to advance yourself to the Higher Planes of existence. I find it important now, as there were shields in place before to keep all safe from the lower Astral Plane that no longer exist. In order to see and know this to be true, all one needs to do is look at the disaster around themselves and the planet. The Lower Astral is in full force upon your planet right now.

To more poignantly discuss my point I would simple turn you attention to such things as demon possession. Some thirty to forty years ago when you heard of demon possession it was mostly read about or seen on television. You are now seeing it in epidemic proportions of addiction and teenagers committing suicide, bombing schools and entering hate groups in massive numbers.

In regions of murders and tortures the numbers are tremendous and in many of you world leaders you are now seeing them ruling in an extraordinarily hateful manner. In your own dreamtime you need to protect yourself before sleeping and after waking, and within your own families the amount of so called mental illness is spiking uncontrollably.

Few are truly concerned that the earth may end in the next 50 years and they neither recycle nor pretend to take care of your home Mother Earth. Few see the need to honor even self or life and the belief in divine is either dwindling or being manipulated as the need for power and wealth have become so great. Common sense has become a commodity and judgement the norm. Diplomacy simply is under attack at unprecedented stages.

Now I know it would be easy for many to attack what I am saying as being negative and uncaring but to those I say you are not using your discernment and are programmed and being led by your own judgments.

The universe has asked me to deliver this message as I have more leeway to speak openly of these things. By doing so I am honored by them greatly. Who among you remembers and uses their honor respectfully and diligently.

In closing I would like to ask, any and all truly seeking spiritual enlightenment, that you waste no time in learning to be and become aware. So many times you say I cannot take the time or afford to do so. To you I will say what the Higher Beings of Light say. There is never a better time than now to search for truth and light. To those who consider themselves to be aware, I would say teach what you know, time is of the essence.

After channeling this piece today I sat down and cried for an hour as I was so overwhelmed with the love I felt I could do nothing else.

I met Lord Ashtar around 1986 when he and other friends of light helped me overcome the many lifetimes of darkness I was besieged by.

I hadn’t heard from nor spoke to him in many years and wondered why with so many followers of his own why he would ask to speak through me. I realized this was something he needed to say to those yet unfamiliar with him giving them an opportunity to re- connect.

When we choose to open our third eye and establish the connection between the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind; sacred geometries flow throughout our brain like wheels of attachment providing its operation. To look at and concentrate on geometric patterns is using the keys that unlock secret passageways into the brain.

At each chakra center in the body is a gland. The brain contains both the pituitary and pineal glands. Unlocking the connection of flow through our glandular structure is how we open up and explore our chakra bodies and their energy fields. The energy emanated through these centers is called the Auric Field. In the Eastern Teachings of flow; activation of the chakra centers and kundilini, are necessary to access, change, and use this powerful life force that we each emanate.

Color and sound play an important role in this activation as color and sound can merge to emanate feeling centers of light.

Putting a certain color of light bulb in a lamp and using this one color with a well-chosen music CD of perhaps nature sounds, activates the mind in ways that we never imagined. Letting ourselves feel color and light as well as feel musical rhythm can help us reach altered states of consciousness quite easily.

The third eye is the easiest chakra to open and can be done with feeling, sound and concentration. When the third opens, it opens into the brain, not out of the brain. When activated it automatically sets off a natural energetic operation that establishes itself through all your other chakra centers.

Using Mandalas with geometries drawn within them is a fantastic concentration tool for opening the third eye; just as sitting in a field of one color at a time is very useful in feeling the color and identifying how you too are that color.

Since you are energy, so is all surrounding life energy. It is through the vibrations of energy that we identify how we connect and feel about ourselves and life.

Everyone experiences the vibrations of energy around them but few acknowledge its value. Most simply shrug it off. These vibrations and frequencies are the language of physical, emotional, mental, etheric, and astral, as well as soul and spirit essence. The more attuned we become to them, the more information they reveal and the better equipped we are to experience life as living instead of simple existence.

This sensitivity is within everyone and everything, awakening self to this fact is a tremendous activation that changes perspective as well as perception. Try it, you might just like it.

I have discovered that there are way too many unhappy people in the world. We must remedy this situation. This can be done in many ways, first by becoming happy ourselves and then sharing that happiness. Even though you may want to feel tired and depressed, you must instead force yourself to realize all the good things about your life and self. You can make a list of all the special things about yourself and realize what a good person you are. You can realize how blessed you have been at other times in your life when you thought everything was horrible, only to find you made it through. You are the power in your life. You are the god/goddess all that is.

You are a divine light that sparks all other life to shine its light as well. You are a child of Universe and a guiding star to others. You are a wonderful and blessed divine being who deserves love and kindness every day you awaken. You are the light of life.

We were created to create a loving energy of joy, kindness, and abundance in our life. It is time to fulfill that destiny. Go within your heart and find the treasures of light and wealth you have stored for yourself. Journey to the dimensions of truth within and herald your birthright to lead a happy and fulfilled life. Release the pain and suffering you have carried within and restore the energy of innocence and goodness. Conquer the fear called living and take your power back. May the Universe stand with you always.

We all need tools for growth spiritually as well as emotionally and mentally.

Here is an exercise that can be helpful for getting in touch with your feelings and integrating them as well as healing them.

Get a pad of blank paper like a drawing pad. You can also just use computer blank paper.

Buy a box of crayons.

Dump all the crayons out into a dish and then begin to draw and simply color on the paper.  This is not an art class so simply scribbling colors onto a page is fine.

Notice how you feel as you do this and allow the feelings inside you to simply surface. When you feel you must study your feelings more deeply, stop and take a moment to remember when you have had these feelings before. What was going on in your life at that time? What were the different ages you remember and what circumstances and people were involved?

Write down what you remember and forgive and let go of holding onto these memories if they no longer serve you. Allow yourself to visualize putting some salve on an old wound and feel the healing taking place throughout your being.

Look at the colors you chose to use and see what meaning they hold for you as well.

Now take a new piece of paper and use colors to heal and love yourself into good health and well-being

It is not a picture that matters but the flow of the colors and how fluid they become for you. Enjoy!

Joy is what you need and seek for you well-being. Allow yourself to simply be in the silence, and moment and alone. Then you can create a new beginning and adventure for yourself. Write down what this is and acknowledge the creator that you are.

Beauty and color can be simple tools to heal with.

We are in a time of reflection. We are looking back and examining just what our lives and experiences of the past were. Visiting places and people from the past may be imminent now, as we may need to review who we have become as well as who or what they have become. It is very hard for us to take the time to live our lives, as we are always working to pay the bills and survive. We ask ourselves, “When will the time come that I can just LIVE my life?” I have discovered that there is no such time! We must instead of waiting for it to happen, initiate it. “If I do not take the time to live my life now than when shall I?” The answer is simple. You must make the choice to live your life and make it balance and fit in with your survival. You must quit allowing survival to supersede living life. You must realize that you are the only one responsible for how much peace and happiness you experience this lifetime. When you are old and dying, will you ask yourself “Why I did not get more out of my life?” Within each person is a ” soul calling” a purpose, a journey already begun, long before your birth this lifetime. Within this soul calling is memory, memory of who you truly are and have always been on a spirit level; memory of all that you have been and seen in each incarnation. Your journey my friends started long before now, and even though there is a war going on within many of your souls at this time, somewhere in the center of all that chaos is this memory I speak of. You are each a Child of the Universe, You are each Love and Loved.
